ArtXStar is an international art studio creating made-to-order hand-painted wall art. The process is designed to help you choose the right size, finish, and style before your painting is shipped by tracked DHL Express delivery whenever available for your destination.
1. Choose your artwork
Browse our collections and select the piece that best fits your room. Pay attention to the style, palette, texture, and orientation. If you are unsure about size, send us your wall dimensions or a room photo.
2. Select size and finish
Choose from available canvas sizes and finish options. Rolled canvas is best for local stretching or framing. Frameless stretched canvas is prepared for hanging. Framed canvas gives the artwork a more finished gallery-style look.
3. Request customization if needed
If you need a different size, color tone, orientation, or coordinated set, contact us before ordering or immediately after placing your order. Include wall dimensions, room photos, preferred palette, and any reference images.
4. Painting begins after confirmation
Our artist paints your artwork after order confirmation. Standard production is usually 7-14 business days. Handmade texture, brushwork, and color depth can vary slightly from the product photos, which is part of the character of a hand-painted piece.
5. Preview before shipping
For made-to-order artwork, we can share final artwork photos before packing whenever applicable. This helps you review the overall composition and color direction before shipping.
6. DHL Express packing and delivery
After quality check, your artwork is packed according to its finish and prepared for tracked DHL Express insured delivery whenever available. Rolled canvas ships in a tube. Stretched and framed canvas is packed with additional protection. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
