ArtXStar is an international art studio creating made-to-order hand-painted wall art. The process is designed to help you choose the right size, finish, and style before your painting is shipped by tracked DHL Express delivery whenever available for your destination.
1. Choose your artwork
Browse our collections and select the piece that best fits your room. Pay attention to the style, palette, texture, and orientation. If you are unsure about size, send us your wall dimensions or a room photo.
2. Select size and finish
Choose the artwork, size and currently available finish. Finish availability varies by artwork and size; confirm the current selector and compare canvas finishes before ordering.
3. Request customization if needed
If you need a different size, color tone, orientation, or coordinated set, contact us before ordering or immediately after placing your order. Include wall dimensions, room photos, preferred palette, and any reference images.
4. Painting begins after confirmation
Our artist paints your artwork after order confirmation. Standard production is usually 7-14 business days. Handmade texture, brushwork, and color depth can vary slightly from the product photos, which is part of the character of a hand-painted piece.
5. Quality check, packing and delivery
The artwork moves through production, quality checking and an applicable preview, finish-specific packing, carrier handoff with tracking, and delivery. Production and delivery are separate stages; see Shipping & Delivery, and check Returns & Exchanges before ordering.
