Shipping & Delivery

ArtXStar is an international art studio creating made-to-order hand-painted wall art for customers in North America, Europe, and selected international destinations. Each order is prepared after confirmation, carefully packed, and shipped with tracked DHL Express delivery whenever available for the destination.

Production time

Most artworks are painted after your order is placed. Standard production is usually 7-14 business days after order confirmation. Larger, framed, or custom pieces may require additional preparation time.

Preview before shipping

For made-to-order artwork, we can share final artwork photos before packing whenever applicable. This helps you review the overall style, palette, and composition before the piece leaves our studio.

DHL Express insured delivery

Our preferred shipping method is DHL Express insured delivery for North America, Europe, and other supported international destinations. Tracking is provided after your artwork passes quality check, is packed, and is handed to the carrier.

  • Estimated delivery: usually 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Tracking: DHL tracking is provided after dispatch.
  • Insurance: shipments are packed carefully and shipped with insured delivery whenever available.

Shipping methods by finish

  • Rolled canvas: shipped in a protective tube. This is best if you plan to stretch or frame the artwork locally.
  • Frameless stretched canvas: packed with protective layers and reinforced edges.
  • Framed canvas: packed with additional protection due to the frame and larger shipping volume.

Customs and duties

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Packaging

Rolled artworks are shipped in strong tubes. Stretched and framed artworks are packed with corner protection, surface protection, and reinforced outer packaging where needed.

Shipping damage

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the outer package, inner packaging, shipping label, and artwork. Contact us as soon as possible so we can review the case and help resolve it.
