Send the product name or link, your preferred size, finish, and the room where you plan to place it. If you are unsure which size to choose, include your wall dimensions.

For custom artwork

Please include:

Wall dimensions and preferred artwork size.
Room photo if available.
Preferred color palette and style.
Reference images or ArtXStar products you like.
Preferred finish: rolled, stretched, or framed canvas.
Target timeline and delivery country.

For trade or interior design projects

Send your project type, number of artworks needed, room photos, wall sizes, style direction, deadline, and budget range. We can review and recommend suitable artwork options or custom directions.

For order support

Include your order number, email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. If the issue involves shipping damage, include photos of the outer package, inner packaging, shipping label, and artwork.
