ArtXStar offers a reviewed inquiry path for interior designers, home stagers, hospitality buyers, office and commercial-space buyers, and multi-room residential projects seeking hand-painted, made-to-order wall art.

What to include in your project brief

Share your company or project identity, buyer and project type, estimated quantity, desired dimensions, palette, orientation, available finish preferences, destination, target timeline and reference materials. We will review the brief before confirming scope and preparing a project-based proposal.

There is no published fixed minimum order quantity. Quantity, sizes, finishes, destination and project scope are reviewed together. Each project is reviewed individually. The formal proposal will confirm project pricing, payment schedule, sample availability when applicable, and the expected production and delivery timeline.

How the Trade inquiry works

Share your project brief. Include the project details and reference materials above.
Scope review. We review artwork direction, quantity, sizes, finishes, destination and timing.
Proposal and confirmed options. The proposal confirms the reviewed scope, quotation, payment schedule and applicable timeline.
Order details and next steps. Production begins after the order information and brief are confirmed.

Preview and refinements

Before shipping, we will send photos or video of your completed made-to-order artwork for review. You may request reasonable color, tone or detail refinements within the confirmed brief. We ship after your approval. Major changes to the subject, composition, size or project scope may require a revised quote and timeline. Revision and approval time is outside the initial production period and may move the shipping date.

Production and delivery

Most individual made-to-order artworks are completed in about 10-14 business days after the order details, size, finish and brief are confirmed. After you approve the final preview, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. Revisions, complex customization, framing, large artworks, destination, customs, peak-season demand and carrier conditions may require additional time. For multi-piece and Trade projects, the expected production and delivery timeline will be confirmed in the formal proposal.
