ArtXStar sells made-to-order hand-painted artwork. Because each piece is created for your selected size, finish, and sometimes custom requirements, our return policy is different from standard stock items.
Made-to-order artwork
Most ArtXStar paintings are created after order confirmation. Natural variation in brushwork, texture, color depth, and composition is part of the handmade process. A recreated artwork will follow the same style, palette, and overall composition, but it will not be a machine-identical copy.
Custom orders
Custom size, custom color, personalized composition, and framed made-to-order artwork cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear production issue or shipping damage confirmed through review.
Before shipping
For made-to-order work, we can share final artwork photos before packing whenever applicable. If you have important requirements, please confirm them before production starts.
Shipping damage
Orders are packed carefully for tracked DHL Express insured delivery whenever available. If an item arrives damaged, contact us with clear photos of the outer package, inner protection, DHL tracking label, and artwork. Please keep all packaging until the case is reviewed.
Wrong or defective item
If you believe you received the wrong item or there is a clear defect unrelated to handmade variation, contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the issue carefully.
Non-returnable cases
- Custom size or custom color artwork after production has started.
- Framed or stretched made-to-order artwork with no confirmed defect.
- Minor handmade variation in texture, brushwork, or color tone.
- Damage caused after delivery, installation, stretching, framing, or handling by a third party.
