Are your paintings printed or hand-painted?
Our artworks are hand-painted or hand-finished depending on the product. Textured pieces are created with visible brushwork and dimensional surface detail, not flat poster printing.
Will my painting look exactly like the product photo?
Each made-to-order painting follows the same style, palette, and overall composition, but handmade texture and brushwork will naturally vary. This is part of the character of original hand-painted artwork.
Can I customize the size or color?
Yes. You can contact us with your wall size, preferred palette, room photo, or reference image. We can advise whether the artwork can be adjusted for your space.
Ordering
How does the made-to-order process work?
ArtXStar is an international art studio. Select your size and finish, place your order, and our artist paints the artwork after confirmation. For applicable orders, we can share final preview photos before shipping.
Can I order for an interior design or trade project?
Yes. We support designers, staging projects, hotels, offices, soft furnishing companies, and multi-piece orders. Send us the project details, wall dimensions, style direction, quantity, delivery country, and timeline.
What if I need a custom artwork from a reference image?
Send the image and explain what you want to keep or change. We can review whether it fits our painting style and confirm the best size, palette, and finish.
Trade and project buyers
Do you work with designers, hotels, and soft furnishing companies?
Yes. ArtXStar is opening trade support for interior designers, hotels, boutique stays, restaurants, offices, staging teams, soft furnishing companies, and project buyers who need coordinated hand-painted wall art.
Can you make multiple pieces for one project?
Yes. We can support pairs, triptychs, sets of 2 or 3, and multi-room art packages with coordinated color palettes and consistent style direction.
How do I request a trade quote?
Send your project type, number of artworks, wall dimensions, room photos, preferred palette, finish choice, delivery country, and target installation date. Include “Trade Project” in your message.
Size and framing
What is the difference between rolled, stretched, and framed canvas?
Rolled canvas ships in a tube and needs stretching or framing after delivery. Frameless stretched canvas is prepared for hanging. Framed canvas includes a frame option for a more finished look.
Which finish should I choose?
Choose rolled canvas if you want local framing flexibility. Choose stretched canvas if you want a clean ready-to-hang option. Choose framed canvas if you want a more polished gallery-style presentation.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to selected international destinations, with North America and Europe as our key markets. DHL Express insured delivery is our preferred shipping method whenever available for the destination.
How long does delivery take?
Total timing includes production plus shipping. Standard production is usually 7-14 business days. DHL Express delivery is usually 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. DHL tracking is provided after your artwork has passed quality check, been packed, and handed to the carrier.
Returns and issues
Can I return a custom painting?
Custom and made-to-order artwork is usually not returnable unless there is a confirmed issue such as shipping damage or a clear production error.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Take photos of the outer package, inner packaging, shipping label, and artwork. Contact us with your order number so we can review and help resolve it.
Is slight color difference normal?
Yes. Screens, lighting, and hand-painted materials can affect how colors appear. If color precision is important, contact us before production starts.
